The eT60 has a real world range of around 290km before you load it up and with a maximum of 1 tonne towing capacity it hasn’t inspired potential Australian ute buyers to open their wallets. It aims to cater to businesses and individuals looking for a zero-emission commercial vehicle, particularly for urban and semi-rural applications but while it was the first of its kind, it launched with a significant price premium over its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterparts and compromised on some important ute capabilities therefore has not sold in great numbers.

LDV eTERRON 9 Electric Ute – Upcoming Australian Model EV
The all-new LDV eTERRON 9 will be LDV’s flagship electric dual-cab ute for the Australian market. Sold under the Maxus brand in the UK the eTERRON 9 will be offered in both single-motor rear-drive (200 kW) and dual-motor all-wheel-drive (325 kW combined) configurations.
